Returning To Work

Returning to work after a period can be difficult to navigate for both the employee and manager.  These series of trainings focus on the method of communication to ensure that transitions are managed smoothly so the employee feels fully supported and the manager understands the additional pressures that may not be immediately realised. 

Each training program is tailored to meet the needs of the circumstances whilst giving useful insight for all return to work situations.

Challenging Change

Change can be challenging, we live in a rapidly changing and diverse world. 

Racism, sexual harassment, bullying and other inappropriate behaviours contribute to an unhealthy work environment and a toxic culture. Resulting stress, anxiety and mental health problems can massively impact the individual and the organisation.

if these behaviours and mindsets are left unchallenged, it can be deeply corrosive and damaging. It is essential for everyone to know how to speak up and challenge prejudice when problems arise.

These series of courses equip and empower your team and managers to challenge their thinking and that of others so they have the skills to create a supportive and healthy work environment. 

Productivity Training

Productivity is dependent on a number of factors and in these trainings we help managers and develop an understanding how a number of small changes can make a massive impact to the organisation. 

Productivity is affected by mindset, time management, motivation as well as organisational culture. In these training sessions manager will learn strategies for effective consultation, structuring hybrid meetings, running highly productive meetings, managing emails and creating a system that will reduce frustrations that arise from collaborative working.  

Effective Communication

Performance issues, private matters and attitude can have an impact on the workplace. Ill health, hygiene and mindset are just a few of the uncomfortable topics business leaders have to tackle. 

This workshops will help you to understand the human
processes that lead to conflict situations and difficult conversations with
staff and colleagues, perhaps around issues about attitude, time keeping or
behaviour. Such situations are invariably stressful. These trainings will help devise new strategies to manage such conflict in the future.

Managers will learn how to confidently and effectively communicate with their team, which is smart employers consider an essential skill.

Change Management

You know when you are part of a good team and when the team needs work. A high performing team is an amazing force for good, but a dysfunctional team can be an equally destructive force.

During periods of transition and change such as restructuring being able to identify and overcoming dysfunctions is essential.

Patrick Lencioni brought to light how difficult it is to get team working well in this book, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team: A Leadership Fable. From that work, we developed engagements and interventions to address the
dysfunctions that commonly impact the performance of a team and causes ripples that impact those beyond it.

In these workshops you will establish and protect your high-performing team with practical steps to build trust and repair rifts. Managers will also learn how to effectively participate in authentic accountability whilst maintaining  a results-focused team culture.

Transition Coaching
