As part of the registration process for our monthly e-newsletter, we collect personal information. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to tell you about stuff you’ve asked us to tell you about; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied. We don’t rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.

When you purchase a service, gift voucher or become a member through truwellbeing.com or Bianca Flood (T/A) Truwellbeing your name, address data, email and contact number will be stored in our CRM system, Hubspot. Name & telephone number will be stored on the mobile phone (backed up by google – bgiadrini@gmail.com) Microsoft outlook also will retain a copy of your email address and emails sent. Financial transactions will be stored via quickbooks/freeagent.

Please be assured that we do not share your personal details with any other company without your consent.

We may share anonymised personal information with other organisations, who use this to analyse our social impact programmes.  Many of the events run by Truwellbeing are presented in partnership with other wellbeing organisations and promoters, such as Eventbrite.  We will let them know about your booking and share your name and contact details with them but they can’t contact you unless you select either the Email or Post option under ‘I would like to hear about events, news and offers from the artists or companies presenting the events I’ve booked’ as part of your booking online, in person or over the phone.  We will not share sensitive information or your payment details.”

How long will the data be stored for?

We will hold your personal data on our systems for as long as you are a member of TruWellbeing and for as long afterwards as is necessary to comply with our legal obligations. We will review your personal data every year to establish whether we are still entitled to process it. If we decide that we are not entitled to do so, we will stop processing your personal data except that we will retain your personal data in an archived form in order to be able to comply with future legal obligations e.g. compliance with tax requirements and exemptions, and the establishment exercise or defence of legal claims.If you have participated in services, then anonymous notes may be retained for research and development purposes.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
